Secondary Polyurethane-Alloy Coated Scraper
The secondary polyurethane-alloy coated scraper is installed at the flat working surface of the return conveyor belt at the lower part of the head pulley. The structure of the scraper is designed with multi-stage buffer including polyurethane cutter head, rubber torque pad and spring system. The multi-stage buffer can alleviate the impact, when materials hitting the buckle, and make the scraper head move quickly and easily when passing the buckle without damaging the conveyor belt.
